Training of Onsite Staff

When your staff needs training on your Aloha POS, Hospitality Control Solutions provides the training to meet your requirements. We work closely with your team to provide these types of training:

  • Onsite training at individual sites
  • Train-the-trainer learning for your own management staff either onsite or at HCS training facilities

Working together with your management team to determine your operations specific requirements, our training staff designs the best training protocol to capture the specific culture and structure of your restaurant operations, along with any specialized processes or procedures.

Hospitality Control Solutions has a training team able to then create and produce a customized training manual or documentation, and/or computerized training modules to match your training requirements.
