When you need them, Hospitality Control Solutions field service technicians are ready to respond 7 days a week, 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM CST.

To keep your systems at their top efficiency, ongoing maintenance from HCS will ensure fewer interruptions and less down time. Our field service team is knowledgeable in servicing all types of equipment, so you’ll find a service plan to fit your needs in these options:

  • Daytime Help Desk (Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST)
  • Weekday Emergency Help Desk (Monday – Thursday, 5 PM to 12 AM CST)
  • Weekend Emergency Help Desk (Friday 5 PM – 12 AM,  Saturday and Sunday 8 AM – 12 AM CST)

Whenever you need help, HCS will send a field service technician to your business based on the severity of your hardware issues. They will respond at a predetermined hourly rate after hours. Whatever the time, when you have an issue that needs resolution, the local HCS team is ready to serve.
