HCS is currently looking for qualified Salespeople in the Knoxville area. GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the HCS Sales Team, a Territory Manager successfully links Point of Sale solutions to market needs while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Territory Manager will identify every foodservice establishment within the assigned territory as well as make him or herself known to those hospitality business owners. A Territory Manager will be responsible for direct cold calls, product demonstrations, needs assessments and other interaction with business owners. This role will also understand competing solutions and provide market feedback to prospective clients about those solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Gain favorable attention of individual business owners
- Form relationships and gain a full understanding of prospects’ businesses
- Generate excitement and solution awareness in your territory
- Perform Cold Calls and immediate Warm-Lead follow-up
- Maintain deep knowledge of solution sets offered
- Meet sales objectives and quotas consistently
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a proactive approach with existing customers.
- Leverage existing professional relationships to build others
- Other job related duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge
- Restaurant and / or Bar experience is a plus
- BA / BS degree preferred
- Technology Sales experience is a plus

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:
As a member of the Reseller’s team, a front line technical representative successfully implements and supports Point of Sale solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and quality. The technician is also responsible for understanding customer needs, configuring a solution to meet those needs, and installing the Point of Sale solution at customer sites. This includes site preparation, equipment staging, software configuration, and actual site conversion and installation. This is a great opportunity to work directly with our customers and/or their employees. Travel to customer locations is required.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Installing NCR hardware
- Installing and configuring Aloha software
- Providing technical support over the phone and on-site
- Providing technical support in on-call rotations
- Providing live site start-up services
- Delivering on-site customer training
- Ensuring site is 100% fully functional
- Responding to customer cases and field inquiries in a timely and effective manner by answering known questions and reproducing straight-forward technical problems
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining a proactive approach with customers
- Learning new products and diagnostic tools
- Other job related duties as assigned
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge
- Associate’s degree or applicable experience preferred
- Computer knowledge and experience
- Restaurant and or Bar experience is a plus
